Roon’s Savory Cones was started by the one and only Roon. Roon worked in ice cream shops and restaurants throughout his high school and college years. He loved snacking on cones during his breaks and realized there was a way to turn this love of waffle cones into a sustainable meal, hence The Savory Cone.
Roon comes from a family of entrepreneurs so the idea of starting his own hustle came naturally. The Savory Cone recipe has been years in the making with many tasting sessions, adaptations, and perfecting. The Savory Cone serves as a vessel for any delicious filling or salad.
Since 2020, Roon’s Savory Cones has been catering private events. In fall of 2021, Roon’s Savory Cones hit the road with a mobile food cart. The delicious savory cones will be available at various locations throughout the Twin Cities!
